What is Wired for Wonder?

Wired for Wonder offers a therapeutic, self-paced journal for adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. I built it on a 7-phase framework that encourages you to reflect, reframe, and reconnect with your sense of self- without shame, pressure, or rigid rules.

You won’t find a traditional workbook here. Instead, you’ll find a gentle companion. I designed it for those days when focus feels impossible, emotions run high, and you need something that truly meets you where you are.

Why I Need You

I’ve poured my heart, research, and lived experience into this project, but I don’t want to create it in a vacuum.

I want to know:

  • Does it resonate with your lived experience?

  • Do the prompts feel safe, clear, and engaging?

  • What would make it more accessible or useful for you?

Your honest feedback – what worked, what didn’t, what felt unclear – is invaluable in helping me refine this workbook for others walking a similar path.

What’s Involved

  • Try at least 2 full phases of the workbook over 1–2 weeks

  • Fill out a structured feedback form (takes about 15–20 mins)

  • Share your reflections – written, visual, or voice notes all welcome

This is a commitment-based invitation.

If you accept, I ask that you follow through with the feedback.

If something changes, just let me know – life happens!

What You’ll Receive

As a thank-you, you’ll receive:

  • Two free 45-minute reflection sessions with me

  • A deeper space to process what came up for you

  • Optional early access to the final version of the workbook

Please note:

  • These are not therapy sessions unless we already have an existing therapeutic relationship.
  • They’re designed to offer support, grounding, and gentle guidance.

A Few Notes

  • I’m looking for committed testers who are genuinely curious and willing to engage.
  • Please try at least 2 full phases over 1–2 weeks and set aside time for feedback.
  • If you need to pause or stop, that’s completely okay – just let me know.
  • This is not a clinical study or a substitute for therapy.
  • Feedback can be anonymous.
  • No formal diagnosis is required. Self-identifying is absolutely valid.
  • You’re not expected to love the workbook. Honest, constructive feedback is the most valuable gift.
  • If anything feels overwhelming, pause or seek support. Your wellbeing matters.
  • Please do not share the workbook or its contents. This is a private, early-access copy for feedback purposes only.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.

You’ll receive the PDF workbook, a feedback form, and booking link once your spot is confirmed.

Spots are limited. I want to keep this small and personal so I can properly hold space for those involved.

Thank you for helping shape something meaningful.
