Therapy that meets you where you are.
Hi, I’m Elena. I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy rooted in lived experience and grounded support.
I bring lived experience of neurodivergence and creative reinvention. From film sets to therapy rooms, I’ve always been drawn to how people make meaning and navigate complexity.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for self-determination. Your right to make choices and live in alignment with your values.
I aim to support you in processing what’s getting in the way and finding clarity and confidence in your path forward.
I work with neurodivergent individuals – those who feel deeply, think differently, or move through the world a little out of sync.
I also hold space for the quietly queer, the overwhelmed, the sensitive, and those who’ve never quite fit the mould.
If you’ve ever felt unseen, too much, or not enough, this is a space where all of you is welcome.
My work is neurodivergent-affirming, client-led, and relational. I don’t aim to fix you, I aim to meet you.
Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and shaped by what matters to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches like DBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting tools to your pace and style.
Together, we explore, reflect, and move towards what feels more possible.

Research & Presentations
I facilitated a peer presentation titled What is Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy? An exploratory session designed to support fellow therapists in understanding and integrating affirming principles into their practice. The session focused on moving beyond diagnostic frameworks and toward relational, identity-affirming ways of working with neurodivergent clients.
I presented original research on the lived experiences of therapists with ADHD in Singapore, highlighting the need for more affirming, non-pathologising practices within the field, at Leeds Beckett University’s Psychological Therapies and Mental Health Student Research Conference.
