ADHD & Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy for Adults in Singapore
Gentle, strengths-based support for adults navigating burnout, emotional dysregulation, or late-diagnosed ADHD. No fixing. Just space to be.
Does this sound like you?
You’re often told you’re too sensitive, too much, or too distracted.
You’ve learned how to carry on, mask well, or show up for others. But quietly, you’re running on fumes.
Maybe you’re:
Struggling to focus, stay organised, or finish things, even the ones you want to do
Feeling like you have to mask just to be understood or accepted
Constantly in your head, overthinking everything or zoning out altogether
Feeling easily overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or burnt out, then blaming yourself for it
Tired of “fix-it” advice that doesn’t fit your brain or your life
Wondering if you might be ADHD, AuDHD, or neurodivergent in some way, but unsure what to do with that knowing
Longing for a space where you don’t have to explain yourself from scratch
You may not have a diagnosis. You may have had one for years. Either way, you’re here because something inside you knows. You deserve support that sees the full picture of who you are.
This space is for you.
A Different Kind of Therapy Space
My approach is rooted in neurodivergent-affirming, person-centred, and strengths-based care. I offer therapy that honours your lived experience, without pressure to perform, produce, or justify how you show up.
Sessions are held online via Zoom as well as In-person located at The Adelphi (near City Hall MRT), and move at a pace that feels right for you, whether you’re navigating ADHD, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, or burnout.
This is a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones you’ve had to hide.
I am a registered member of the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I am committed to providing inclusive, queer-affirming, and identity-safe support.
What Happens in a Session?
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”. It’s about rediscovering what’s already here. Each session is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.
Grounding
We begin by settling in. Whether you arrive tired, frazzled, or unsure what you need, that’s okay. There’s no agenda to meet. We take time to land in the space together, gently tuning in to what’s present.
Gentle Exploration
You lead the pace. Sessions may weave between emotion, memory, metaphor, or simply sitting in shared silence. We explore what matters to you. Not just surface stressors, but what lies beneath. There’s no need to over-explain or mask.
Meaning Making
Together, we begin connecting the threads of your experience. We look for patterns not to pathologise, but to understand. From there, we might reframe old stories, surface long-held needs, or gently imagine new ways forward.
Spaciousness
There’s no rush, no pressure to “get somewhere.” Sessions are spacious enough to hold your contradictions, your pauses, and your “I don’t knows.” This is your time to feel into who you are, without judgement or urgency.
No Diagnosis Required
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me. If you’re navigating ADHD traits, late discovery, sensory sensitivity, or high-masking burnout. You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.

I offer neurodivergent-affirming, person-centred counselling for adults navigating ADHD, identity, grief, burnout and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative and shaped by your lived experience, not by fixing or masking symptoms.
Yes. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin therapy here. Many clients come to explore their identity, patterns or challenges, with or without labels. What matters is what feels true for you.
I offer psychotherapy grounded in clinical training, not life coaching. That means we don’t just focus on external strategies, but explore your inner experience. How you relate to yourself, others, and the world. Sessions may include emotional processing, meaning-making, and practical support, depending on your needs.
If you’re seeking therapy that honours your strengths, acknowledges systemic pressures, and centres your self-defined goals, this space may be a good fit.
I offer a free 30-minute intro Zoom call so we can get a feel for each other before committing. You’re welcome to bring questions, hesitations, or simply share what’s been going on. There’s no pressure to continue. This is a space for you to decide what feels right. Intro calls are only offered Online (Zoom).
Sessions are offered both online via Zoom, a secure, private platform – and in person at The Adelphi (near City Hall MRT).
Online sessions provide flexibility and accessibility, especially for neurodivergent or chronically ill clients. You’ll receive a private Zoom link before each session. I encourage you to find a quiet, comfortable space where you can feel at ease – but there’s no need for it to be perfect.
My standard session fee is SGD$145 for 60 minutes for Online sessions and SGD$190 for In-person sessions (near Rochor or Bugis MRT). I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those experiencing financial hardship, feel free to ask about availability during our intro call.
That’s okay. Therapy doesn’t require a clear goal to begin. Many clients start with a vague sense of burnout, restlessness, or emotional noise. We can gently explore that together, without needing to “fix” it all right away.
